Week 9 of TuT Tuesdays (Talent unlikely Televised), bringing you TuT's new TuT EP, along with an amazing up and coming artist. Over the last 9 weeks you have been introduced to some of the greatest artist you never heard of; all being centered around our artist TuT. He is a Philadelphia artist currently residing in Los Angeles to work on his music. Although, you might find traces of Nas' educated toughness, Jay Z's effortless approach, and Philadelphia style found in Young Chris; TuT very much has his own unique sound. TuT may be a an underground artist, but he is no rookie. More focused than ever, his work ethic is bar none. With over seven years of paying dues in this game, TuT has polished a craft that has only been mastered by the greats. We also have a very talented artist we are featuring today, by the name of Chill Moody. The best way to describe his music is authentic hip-hop. Like TuT and the rest of the TrueMusic family Chill Moody is Philadelphia bred artist. Chill has been one of the hottest MCs in The City Of Brotherly Love for years, but recently he has been able to take it to another level. With a "show stealing" performance (as put by Billboard.com), at the Annual Roots Picnic in 2012, Chill finished off the year by selling out the Philadelphia Theatre of Living Arts. In February of 2013, Chill Moody released his first independent album, Running From Myself, which debuted in the Top 100 on iTunes hip-hop chart. The first official video (RFM Intro) premiered on MTV Jams, reaching over nine countries. Chill even made history in 2013, being the first hip-hop artist to host a concert at Philadelphia City Hall courtyard. The lyrical MC kicked off this year by preforming at a sold out concert powered by Beasley Broadcast Group Wired 96.5 "Philadelphia's Party Station", at the Trocadero Theatre. And, just last month he released a collaborative album along with R&B singer Beano and Hank McCoy, entitled Who Do You Love....More.
