Redman is planning a Method Man reunion for part three of their classic Blackout! series. The Jersey native also confirmed the sequel to the legendary Muddy Water LP. Redman has always been one of the dopest MCs in the game. He's been killing it with his raw talent for almost a quarter century now, ever since his multiple appearances on the EPMD album, Business As Usual. And, his 96' release of his third album Muddy Waters solidified him in hip-hop history. With all the acting and their goofy sense of humor, a lot of people forget how dope Meth and Red really are. The first Blackout album was a classic and even though Blackout! 2 wasn't as successful, it was just as good if not better than the first. The dynamic duo should not disappoint for their third album. Redman spoke to MTV about it in a recent interview. "We gon' do Blackout! 3. I recorde most of that at my studio, so it would be nothing to get back in there and knock that $h!t down in like 2-3 weeks." Redman told MTV. "Once we get our beats from RZA, Erick Sermon and Rockwilder, then we can take other producers that wanna be a part of the Redman and Method Man experience." Reggie "Redman" Noble goes on to talk about the sequel to Muddy Waters. The Def Jam artist is taking it back to the 90's inspired sampling for his next solo project. "I'm coming out with a Muddy Waters 2. It's going to be called Even Muddier," said Red. "I'm not trying to top the Muddy Waters album. Waht I'm doing by naming it Muddy Waters 2, is to let you relive that 90's kind of sound and experience." Watch Redman's MTV interview below.
