Jay Electronica is like like the Dr.Dre of rap. He is as elusive as the white whale. Rarely releasing music and staying out of the public eye, but when he does lay a verse or speak to the masses, its always some knowledge. Jay Elect took to twitter to go a "rant". Some of the other blogs decided to talk about this but they don't even give you thee entire rant and just make Jay E look crazy. Now, obviously something happened in his personal life, because at times he appears to be talking to someone directly, but for the most part he is tell us whats wrong with our industry, our black community, and our world. So, since no one else decided to, we are going to break down each tweet for you.
Obviously directed at a specific individual but also addressing the criminal's without honor in the black community. Not much you can do when they're snitching and killing.
Instead of using those bullets for the revolution, we use them to kill each other. Number one killer of black men in Amerika is the black man.
George Zimmerman shouldn't be living, "thugs" and "goons" talk about what they would do to him everyday but kill each other instead.
Exactly what it means, if you can't relate to what he's say or what we're say you need to leave this site immediately.
It's a shame when people have these views they are labeled as a "conspiracy theorist" or crazy. The truth is they condition us, they feed us lies, and worst of all the brain wash our children. Every thing is pretend. These rappers and ball players that we idolize, to the world we live in. We don't live in the "land of the free", Europe is really that great, Asia is more oppressed than you know, and all of Afrika is still colonized. There isn't one thing that you need to survive that comes free in this world, water, land, food, it all costs.
Everyone wants to hash tag Turn Up every weekend and and degrade each other on online, but we wont really "turn up". We wont use these social media sites to take back our rights. If Afrika and the Middle East can do it with Facebook, just imagine what Amerika could do with Twitter and Instgram #Revolution.
It's Friday night and most of y'all are going to spend over 100 dollars at the bar "turning up", while you party to French Montana and Chief Keef (the circus).
Do you think its a coincidence the radio and the clubs sounds the way they do. There's a reason why the artists to your favorite songs get number one hits on Billboard but only sell 40,000 units.
