Week 17 of TuT Tuesdays (Talent unlikely Televised), bringing you TuT's new single Speakin Tongues, along with an amazing up and coming artist. Over the last 17 weeks you have been introduced to some of the greatest artist you never heard of; all being centered around our artist TuT. He is a Philadelphia artist currently residing in Los Angeles to work on his music. Although, you might find traces of Nas' educated toughness, Jay Z's effortless approach, and Philadelphia style found in Young Chris; TuT very much has his own unique sound. TuT may be a an underground artist, but he is no rookie. More focused than ever, his work ethic is bar none. With over seven years of paying dues in this game, TuT has polished a craft that has only been mastered by the greats. This week we have a great artist out of the NY, who goes by the name Josh P. Josh P hails from Manhattan but was raised in Harlem. Grow up, its no surprise Josh was influenced by the greats, Pac, Biggie, Nas, and Jay. Josh P started as a part of a music group, as well as managing artists. Feeling that no one matched his drive to make it in the mainstream market, he decided to pursue a solo career to as a singer/rapper. Josh P has released a number of mixtapes, most notably, his recent tape entitled Harlem Renaissance. He also just released his new single Jason's Lyric, as well as a new music video Time TO Relax, which can all be found on his site newfaceofhiphop.com.
