Pusha T & No Malice "Brother's Keeper" CNN (Video)

Hip-Hop has often been referred to as "The CNN of the Ghetto", and now the real CNN has taken the time to focus on both subjects. The Cable News Network recently ran an exclusive segment on the legendary Virginian rap duo Clipse. During the feature with CNN's Bill Weir, brothers Pusha T and No Malice talk about their drug dealing past, connecting with Pharrell, No Malice;s turn to God, and Pusha's variety of business endeavors. Throughout the interview we see why the dynamic duo split. Even though it seems to be solely due to the fact that, Malice was unable to handle the lifestyle and chose to go the church route; you can still he the hurt in Pusha's voice. Although, every hip-hop-head in the world would die for a new Clipse album, the split has been great for Pusha T's career. NOt unlike Andre 3000, Pusha has always been the more lyrical on the two, and since launching his solo career he has had the some of the hardest verses and most quotables in hip-hop. Lord Willin and Hell Hath No Fury will forever be classic albums, but Pusha T has a chance to be one of the greatest MC of all time (something you cannot do as part of a pair). Lets just hope Pusha graces us with another solo album before the end of the year. Here is the Clipse CNN feature.
